OUR STORY

Founded in 2021 from a shared vision and a wealth of diverse expertise, Reimagining DEIB is a collaborative force redefining the landscape of organizational inclusion.

Founded by a team of advocates – anthropologists, psychologists, educators, marketers, and technologists – each boasting over a decade navigating the complexities of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Reimagining saw a need for something beyond the rote compliance and performative gestures plaguing the field.

The team envisions a world where DEIB isn’t just a box to tick, but a transformative journey, igniting brilliance and nurturing belonging in every workplace.
